Meet Our Staff

Darcie Solano, MSW (Family Law Paralegal) I joined the Liebenhaut Law team in April 2015 after serving for two years as a Case Manager and Courthouse Coordinator for Refuge House, a local nonprofit dedicated to serving all people affected by domestic violence and sexual assault across the eight counties of the Big Bend. I have earned a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University where I also received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have a passion for advocating for those who can’t advocate for themselves and empowering the people I assist. I love the work I am able to do as a family law paralegal because I can help our clients move toward healing at one of their most vulnerable times and make sure their needs as well as their children’s needs are met.

Leslie Johnson, A.A. (Disability Law Paralegal) After receiving my Associates degree in paralegal studies, I worked as a paralegal for seven years in Louisiana. I joined Liebenhaut Law when my family moved to Tallahassee so my husband could attend graduate school at FSU. What I enjoy most about my work here is helping our clients understand that sometimes confusing process of Social Security disability law. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and husband and going to FSU football games.
