On April 13, 2013 Liebenhaut Law attended The Ninth Annual Smoke Off Barbeque competition in support of Boys Town. The event was held at the law firm of Carr Allison and included an annual rib and pork competition. At Liebenhaut Law, we are keen supporters of Boys Town. We compete in the Annual Smoke-Off Barbeque competition every year to support our local Boys Town division. This year, fun was had by all, even though our delicious ribs did not convince the judges of our flair for barbeque.
Father Edward Joseph Flanagan formed Boys Town, a non-profit organization that supports children and families that are in need of assistance. Boys Town operates under the belief that when a family is struggling, it is the child who suffers the most. Boys Town helps children learn the social skills that they need to grow into well-balanced young adults. Boys Town also help children with no homes find nurturing foster homes, as well as help broken families reconnect with each other.
